EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

JOANN BROWNE

PRESIDENT

Jo Ann is a native of San Antonio and has worked many years with the Baptist Health System as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. As a founder of Speed-E’z in 1994, she has been providing quality service for a large percentage of the physicians and businesses in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.

Jo Ann serves her community as a Rotarian in the Northwest Rotary Club of San Antonio since 2001 and Assistant Governor for District 5840 2014-2016.

LAUREN GARZA

VICE PRESIDENT

Lauren has been with Speed-E’z since 1994, beginning as a part-time operator and working her way up to supervisor in 2000. In 2005, Lauren was promoted to Operation’s Manager, taking care of the employee and client relations. Lauren has been successful in creating and instituting many policies that have helped Speed-E’z remain a top-notch customer-service business. Lauren was nominated and is currently serving on the Startel National Users Group Board as Secretary for 2015-2019.

CARRIE PALACIOS

DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Carrie has been with Speed-E’z since October of 2003. She began as an evening Operator and, within her first year, was promoted to morning Supervisor. Originally from Harlingen, Texas, where she spent several years there as an Optical Lab Technician, Carrie is an Account Administrator managing the accounts of our clients—from account programming, on-call, concerns and billing questions.

TERESA PAIGE

Teresa started with Speed-E’z in 1994 as an operator, but was quickly promoted to Supervisor until leaving the company in 1999 to work with mentally disabled patients. Teresa returned in 2005 without missing a beat. Teresa is an Account Administrator where she manages the accounts of our clients - from account programming, on-call, concerns and billing questions. Teresa takes care of our new clients from sale all the way through the on-boarding process, to ensure a fast and E-z transition for our new clients.

NATHAN FOWLER

DIRECTOR OF COURIER SERVICES

Upon returning from Dallas, Texas in 2004, Nathan joined Speed-E’z as an Operator and shortly after moved up to evening shift supervisor. Nathan moved to Administration in 2007 and is currently the Operations Manager of the Courier and Mobile Notary Service. Most recently, he has become involved in Human Resources, Hiring and Training.

TAMMY PADALECKI

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Tammy has been with Speed-E’z since 2008 where she began as an evening shift Operator, after 13 years in the dental field. In 2010, Tammy moved into the Administrative Assistant role where she manages the day-to-day operations in the Administration Office and also assists in the Courier Service. Jack of all trades, Tammy is essential in many areas of day to day operations in both the Contact Center and Delivery Services.
